【送料・配送について】
送料：税込 11,000 円以上お買い上げの場合、送料無料で配送させていただきます。
配送日数：配送地域・ご注文の時間帯により異なりますが、クレジットカード決済後、3営業日で発送いたします。 配送完了日までは、お届け先住所によりかかる日数が異なります。
お届け日の指定・変更：お客様よりご注文いただきました商品は、原則ゆうパック(日本郵便)にてお届けいたします。 発送手続き完了後、弊社よりメールを配信いたします。
「お届け先の変更」「配達日の日時指定」「指定時間をすぎても商品が届かない」など配送に関するお問い合わせは、メールに記載の伝票番号をご確認のうえ、ゆうパック(日本郵便)まで直接お問い合わせください。
返品・交換・キャンセルについて：商品の特性上、食品に関しては、ご決済後の変更、キャンセル、 交換、返品はいかなる理由でもお受けする事が出来ません。
食品以外の商品につき、不良品・お届け違いがあった場合には、商品到着後 7 日以内にカスタマ ーサポートまでご連絡ください。
不良品・品違いによる返品・交換送料は弊社負担となります。

【Shipping and Delivery Information】
Shipping Fee: Free shipping is available for orders over ¥11,000 (tax included).
Delivery Timeframe: Shipping will be processed within 3 business days after credit card payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the time the order was placed.
Delivery Date and Address Changes: Orders are generally shipped via Yu-Pack (Japan Post). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
For inquiries regarding delivery, such as “changing the delivery address,” “specifying or changing the delivery date and time,” or “not receiving your item after the expected time,” please contact Yu-Pack (Japan Post) directly using the tracking number provided in the email.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for food items under any circumstances once payment has been completed.
For non-food items, if you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defects or incorrect items will be covered by us.
